A full annual boiler service is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer — cleaning heat exchangers, checking combustion, inspecting seals and testing controls to keep your boiler running efficiently.

Gas safety certificate (CP12) included

Every plan includes the mandatory CP12 Gas Safety Record for landlords. The certificate is issued digitally on the day of the visit — no chasing paperwork.

Priority emergency callout

Standard and Premium plan holders jump the queue. If your boiler breaks down mid-winter, our engineers prioritise your callout — typically responding within 4 hours across London.

No call-out charge

Standard and Premium plan holders pay no call-out fee for emergency visits throughout the year. The labour charge for the visit is also covered under the Premium plan.

Gas Safe registered engineers
